My writing sample

 For Literacy we have been doing free writing. What I did well in this story was have creative ideas into a funny story. What I need to work on is spelling and keep proofreading my work. Please leave some feedback and thank you for taking the time to read. 

Home Alone: 

I was gaming in my room and all of a sudden I heard a noise ‘’something fell’’ as I said in a worried voice. I thought nothing about it and went back to playing after a couple of minutes the stairs started creaking.Then I really started panicking so I ran under my bed and as I was running to my bed the whole house started shaking.

Once I got under my bed it got quieter and quieter. My door started to open. It was very late at night and I was not supposed to be awake. My light turned on very slowly. Then it was just my dad… he was looking all over my bedroom for me then i said ‘’Im under the bed’’ he was getting really weirded out and wondering why i was under my bed he asked ‘’what are you doing under the bed? ‘’ I told him I thought somebody was there because my family had gone out for dinner. But they just ended up coming a bit later than they said. He understood but gave me a punishment for being on my game. Now I'm TERRIFIED and i mean TERRIFIED of being home alone.

Attribute Organiser

For literacy this week our topic was Strange and Wonderful animals. One of the tasks that i had done was fill in an Attribute Organiser that tells you information about interesting animals.  One animal I learned about was the Goblin shark, what I learned about it was that they live up to 30-35 years. What I did well was I focused on typing all the information myself instead of copying and pasting. Next time I would add more detail about some other animals. Please feel free to add some information about what I could do better.
